I tried getting help with a return and warranty issue, and it just dragged on. The replies were slow, and when they finally came through, I still didn’t really get a clear fix. Maybe I got unlucky, I don’t know, but it felt like one of those things that should’ve been simple and somehow turned into a whole headache.

I ordered the part because the website said it was in stock, so I figured it was safe to buy from here instead of checking other places. A few days later, they told me it wasn’t available after all and cancelled my order. Compared to other sites I’ve used, this was frustrating because I could’ve just bought it somewhere else right away. The inventory really needs to be kept more up to date.

The packaging was actually good, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. There was a small dent, which was a little annoying, but apparently that’s just part of the experience sometimes. Overall, not a big deal

"Slow replies kind of proved my point"
I ordered a part from TH Marine Supplies, and to be fair, the shipping itself was fine. But I already had a feeling customer service might be slow based on a couple things I’d read, and yeah, that ended up being pretty much what happened.
I emailed them twice with a question and didn’t hear anything back for a few days. When they finally replied, the answer was really short and didn’t cover everything I asked, so I had to follow up again, which was annoying.
It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely felt like I was the one chasing them the whole time. Maybe I notice this stuff more when I’m already expecting it, but quicker and more helpful replies would make a big difference.

I did get my order and everything was fine, but the shipping felt a little slower than I expected. Maybe I was just checking the tracking too much, but I was hoping it would show up sooner.

I ordered this part for my boat thinking it would line up like it was supposed to, but it just didn’t. I tried to make it work, but yeah, it was frustrating. Maybe I missed something, but it definitely didn’t fit the way I expected

"Ordering Took Way More Effort Than It Should Have"
I tried to place an order, but the whole process was frustrating. The site was confusing, the cart kept acting weird, and the pages were loading so slowly. By the time I got to checkout, it felt like I had already wasted way too much energy on something that should’ve been simple. I almost gave up a couple of times. Definitely not a great experience.

"Broke on the first trip"
I was disappointed with this. The part felt cheap, and it literally cracked during the first trip. Definitely didn’t hold up like I expected.
